Catering and Function Requests


Please place one request per delivery time.

Catering Requests need to be booked and approved five (5) working days in advance of your function date. We will endeavour to assist with late requests, but please be aware that alternative products may need to be substituted. These options will be discussed with you at the time of booking. Labour cost maybe added to your booking, once we have reviewed, an updated cost will be sent.


Vouchers need to be booked and approved one (1) working day in advance of collection date. Vouchers are used within the College to recognise achievements and express thanks to students and staff. Vouchers must now be ordered through this tool and will be subject to approval and issued by the Finance team to support a more secure and effective process, The vouchers will be issued in increments of $5 / Coffee and $10, with no change provided and must be used within the calendar year issued. Approved vouchers can be collected from the Finance Office within working hours (8am to 4pm).
